Our Strategy
-
Step one is to raise awareness about the original U.S. National Public Bank, which is pre-approved by Congress and the Supreme Court to take in taxes and only spend it toward the General Welfare.
-
Step two is to sue the Federal Government for embezzling $495 billion in taxpayer money to bail out various private corporations in violation of Equal Protection and government’s Constitutional mandate to only Tax and Spend toward the General Welfare. This bailout subsequently led to the double-digit inflation of essential needs—such as housing and food—that we continue to experience today. You can see the civil complaint here.
-
Step three is to alert America’s distressed and at-risk communities (35% of the population) that we have filed this lawsuit and are attempting to win a $495 billion settlement, which will be placed in a National Public Bank, to help relieve those zip codes most harmed by the gross negligence of the federal government.
-
Step four is to concurrently gather signatures on a petition (here) so that Congress is impelled to consider OUR version of a National Public Bank Bill (which you can see here) and not some ineffective compromise that continues to allow parasitic and predatory economic exchanges between members of the same species.
300 Million Issues; 1 Solution. A National Public Bank
WHAT IS THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS RECOMMENDATION?
THE BANK REALIGNS HUMAN ECONOMICS WITH NATURAL ECONOMICS
A National Public Bank, the way it was originally conceived, attempted to tie everyone’s fates together in mutualistic economic connection, much like the human organism itself—a circular or closed-loop economy. Whether dumb luck or insightful intuition, the creator of this bank, Alexander Hamilton, was on the right track.
THE BANK IS ALREADY PRE-APPROVED
Because the National Public Bank was long ago approved by the original Congress and Supreme Court, there can be no legal argument against it once people agree to bring it back. Further, the added stipulations only reinforce the original interpretation of the Constitution, although the Bank itself was never allowed to function the way Hamilton first designed it. It was still extremely effective when the U.S. did implement it (five versions of the bank have been utilized throughout U.S. history, always at moments of greatest imbalance, where it proved a successful counterweight).
THE U.S. IS STILL IN THE BEST POSITION TO LEAD CHANGE
Since 1945, the United States has been the world leader in violence, poor health outcomes, wealth disparity, and the other symptoms of this economic anomaly we helped spread. If the U.S. denounces this form of economics, it would carry more weight. Also relevant is that Americans would never submit to any plan suggested by someone else.
